could i please get a rating and suggestions on a layout?

this layout is for an oekaki system i am working on for users could i please get a rating on it from 5-1 stars five being the best and 1 being worst.

I'll give you a five, and I'll tell you why:

1. The layout (though it looks similiar to modern templates I have seen) does not conform to many of the simple linear standards I have seen. You've used the modern bevel, cut look and it's catchy.

2. The graphics are dynamic, meaning they have action and motion -- love that.

3. The colors are vibrant and a good combination.

So I think you've done an excellent job, and I'd like to see the site when you finish it. My only gripe would be that it looks a little plastic, and that the arrows and the text you put in there is a little large... but that's nothing in the scheme of things but being picky.

really cool. not really a big fan of DBZ or anime much but layout is great. if it is going to be left JUST LIKE THAT and there will be that much free space at the bottom of the page i suggest you extend it some. but if you're planning to put more things below that then its really good.
