Looking For Professional Homepage Help

1) Project Details: My website is www.habbgold.com : The homepage iis clean and I have gotten rid of all the junk that was on it. The sides of the homepage are very bad, I wanted someone to clean it up. I need a flash advertisement box in the middle of the site, like seen on

I want the sides to be clean and nice looking very professional. Right now it is uneven and very bad looking.

Hopefully I will find the right person to come and help me on this project.
