Form output help

Hi People,

i am trying to find a way to configure the outut of a form that i have set-up for the following website (for all those that want to see the page: www.justutes.co.nz/finance.html) the forms is set in tables and the output is just one string. i tried to change the encoding type to see if that would make a difference (but didnot work at all) basically if i could get the form to be sent looking the way it does now instead of straight text ie: DOBday=18&DOBMonth=12&DOB=1961&DOBday=&DOBMonth=&DOB=&home%23=07&home%23=&home%23=&home%23=&home%23=021&home%23=&living+status=Rent&living+status=&time+at=2+months&time+at=&time+at=&time+at=&time+with=3+months&time+with=&time+with=&time+with=&frequency=Weekly&frequency=&extra15=&extra15=&extra31=1&documentdate=2010-05-15&formid=227&gid=4&documenttypecode=docAvAppForm&submit=Submit
that would be great - ANY AND ALL HELP WELCOME.

basically if i could get the form to be sent looking the way it does now instead of straight text ie:
<form id="Financeapp" method="post" Don't you need GET there, instead of POST (http://www.cs.tut.fi/~jkorpela/forms/methods.html) ?

Sorry has not helped at all - just opens outlook for the message to be sent but no data placed in there - GETTING KINDA DESPERATE AT THE MOMENT PLEASE HELP.
