when i ftp onto my site i dont see a folder called cgi-bin my site is in my own machine and people from the www have no trouble visiting the site but i want to install a guestbook but all the instructions for guest books keep saying if you do not know the answer th this question ask your host/administrator i have windows 2000 server with perl installed i have put a vurtual directory in the root of my site called cgi-bin with iis but i cant see it when i ftp into the site :(
