keyboard shortcuts

hi

There are many keyboard shortcuts availble in win98 & for office97.
like ctrl+s for saving, ctrl+o for opening.
Now i have a problem that only the ctrl shortcuts are not working in any of the windows environment and also in msoffice.
How do i troubleshoot it?
my alt+ shortcut keys are working.
My shift+ shortcut keys are working./

But my Windows key is not working.

Just a quick thought: Are the keys working? My spacebar died before along with the right shift key on a key board...

i think from memory it would be 19 and 91? for those 2 keys....
