Help with forms.

Hello.

I have been having some troubles with making a forum that sends info to an E-Mail adress.
Is there any good webpages out there that can tell me how to do that, or any examples on others pages, or preferably a free "cut, paste, and modify" webpage.

Thanks alot, I have been trying to get this right for a while and it is really getting to me! :)

W3Schools (http://www.w3schools.com/) (there we go again...) has a decent HTML tutorial which gives a useful introduction to forms. Forms themselves however have so many different aspects that a cut & paste answer is not realistic.
