Video streaming from webcam/security cam?

Hello there,

I have no idea where to put this topic, so I just put it here. I would like to input a feature on my business website that allows steaming from our work room to the website and broadcasts it live. I have been searching google and hotscripts.com for a good program. But all I have found is pay per view and live support video chat. Any help on this?
