Hi,

I have a large image that I want to insert in a pdf file. Is there a pdf tool that allows me to do this?

The current tool I use splits down image in several pages (cuts image) since it does not fit in one page (height). Even width it does not fit.

Hi lashley,

Adobe Acrobat has "Live Cycle" that let's you edit PDF's. Also Serif Page Plus will edit PDF's. In either one you can enter your picture and adjust the size by dragging the object handles to the size you want.

If you don't have access to either one of these try http://www.nitropdf.com/free/hammer/index.htm it's a free online PDF editor. I've never used them so I would suggest that you backup your PDF in another file just to be safe.

Good luck!
John

You could also try Nitro PDF. I think they have a beta version that is currently free or at least a free trial.

I agree with Aero. Nitro is the best I have found in a long time. I used to do a lot of work with PDF files so I used acrobat pro for a long time. After finding Nitro I switched and it is an awesome piece of work. I don't know how to do it exactly in Nitro but I'm pretty sure it will allow you to add one somewhere.

There is a small software named image to pdf
use that go to its setting .
You can change height and width according to your opinion.

I have just come across this problem while searching for some other information. Because I experienced simliar cases and know that if I know liitle about PDF, I would hardly do that work well.

As guys say, Nitro PDF can help you insert image to PDF, or help you convert image to PDF. They are telling the truth but not be comprehensive. You need to consider the price of Nitro and make sure it would be really helpful for you.

The accurate operation of add image in PDF could be hardly realized in PDF Process. You need to do it in Word process. As there are many free software for reference, you can try to convert PDF to Word and edit image in word, I know you have mastered that, and then save word as PDF using PDF Creator. From my experiece, you can try to use this best free PDF software.

I need to note that I have nothing connection with the software I suggest above
