Javascript enabled Internet Explorer Browser

To use the email forwarding feature with my new ISP, SBC Yahoo DSL, my browser needs to be Javascript enabled. I get an error message telling me it is not. I was also told that for it to be disabled someone would have had to of turned it off. I did not do that and nobody else uses my PC. Can someone tell me how to enable it and/or download the correct file?

I'm going to *assume* you're using Internet Explorer, to switch it back on, select Tools => Internet Options => security now if Javascript is off it will (probably) say custom level, either select medium on the slider, or select 'custom level' then scroll the checkboxes to scripting and enable 'active scripting'.
