Oh, class action suits *are* lawyers' paradises, at least here in the USA.

The lawyers will typically get 1/4 to 1/3 of all money awarded, and the money can run into the millions.

Hi, I have a website at www.xposebadtenants.com, the site is intended to be a paid membership site, with the functions of a forum, classifieds to allow landlords to post rental and for sale properties, also to allow member landlords to post and search bad tenants. I need someone to complete the functions for me. I'm willing to pay, it's hard getting help. I can provide more details upon request. Please help me, Thanks.

I don't know about any legal issues with this (freedom of speech vs. libel -- who wins?!), but everything you need can be accomplished with Wordpress.

Basic Site:

(most hosting companies have an automated installer for Wordpress in their control panel that will actually install this for you)

Forum:
http://simple-press.com/

Classifieds:

The bad tenant post/search can be just a section of the forum. All of the code is open source and free to acquire/use.
