Add new input box when needed?

I'm trying out this recipe idea of mine and I was wondering how you would go about doing this.

Basically there are two text boxes on a page for you to enter ingredients with a piece of text saying 'add another ingredient' for when you have filled the other boxes. When you click it, another text box appears for you to add another ingredient.


How could I do this?
