Hi-
I have the following files (attached) and for some reason, the border which I had previously applied to the page (in CSS file) is not showing up now that I have made this page using CSS frames. Can anyone figure out where I'm going wrong? Let me know. Thanks...

PS: There are images which are included in this page other than the logo but this site wouldn't let me attach such a big file so just ignore that.
