Due to lack of money, i'm going to go with a cheap motherboard and upgrade it later when I get more money, i've selected this motherboard VERY carefully, so I have the flexibility to upgrade later, but anyway its a pretty good m/b...

The motherboard is:
- http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Intel+Socket+1156/Asus+P7H55-M+Intel+H55+(Socket+1156)+DDR3+PCI-Express+Micro-ATX+Motherboard+?productId=40151

Anyway back to the point:

It has 4 x DD3 RAM slots..

Would I need to buy RAM for all slots? I'm not really sure on this as I've always upgraded both slots at once (I own a laptop, and only have 2 RAM Slots).

No, see how there are color pairs of slots? You can just put two in if you'd like. Technically you can even run just one but two will offer better performance because the motherboard will run the memory in dual channel mode. That is why you see RAM modules commonly sold in pairs.

Would I insert 2 RAM sticks in colour equals, or in the pairs displayed?

Depends on the motherboard, the manual that comes with it would explain which ones to use.

Okay, Ty for your help :) Also, do you think I'd have any troubles fitting this Motherboard in the following case:

Just for future reference, when you are trying to see whether or not a motherboard will fit into a case, look at the motherboard's form factor.
