How Do Insert A Object Into An Html Document

Alright guys

I have forgotten how to do this.. I can do it using some autorun software...
I am in the process of creating a html page.. On this html page I would like to be able to display some browser information, depending on what link I has been selected.. I dont want it to be full page, so it will go in its own scroll box
