flash embedding problem. Won't load within CMS but will in standalone webpage

Hi,
Having problems with embedding flash in a cms. Doesn't appear to be a server issue as I tried on two different hosts. Any ideas guys why the flash won't load fully in the first url?

Within CMS - flash doesn't load fully ("movie won't load")

Standalone Webpage - No CMS - flash loads perfectly

All file paths seem fine

Resolved - had to move xml directory to root. CMS screwed with filepath
