i need help doing this on adobe flash

http://www.gotoandlearn.com/play?id=2 that i was looking at it trying to figure it out and i was like it must be a different version but then it showed his tool bar and said macromedia flash can you tell me if i can do that i know i can some how but everything is placed differently i have cs4 :O
so give me some shortcuts i can use to do that? :D

also one of the video players didn't automatically make a frame i made them all in photoshop but the last one didn't make itself a frame so how do you make those frames in adobe flash cs4 i haven't used flash in a while and the times i did it was all for making games online so yea xD

I have a bit knowledge in flash animation.I am more on softhink,you can try to create animated banner using that application.If still not convince you can use youtube.com for tutorials.
