Help i dont have a video graphic card

So I uninstalled my video graphics card by accident.
Is there any way I can install a new one (without buying one?)

It also says that there’s one already installed, but there isn’t

Surely you mean you uninstalled the driver by accident. If that's the case, a reboot should cause Windows to auto-detect and re-install the driver.
