I am trying to code a layout image I made. I have NO coding skills. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site that I could use to learn how to layout images and "blogs" with multiple scroll boxes? I really want to learn, but most of the websites I have found are VERY confusing and not for beginners. I need even the basics, and to have someone explain what each thing does :p
I am coding mostly for Neopets layouts, pet pages, userlookups, and pet lookups, so if you know anything about coding for that site, that would be VERY helpful :)
