Visual Studio 2005 Crashing when Debugging

From time to time when I am debugging an application using Visual Studio 2005 the system will shut-down with no warning. I have been debugging by attaching to the process from the within the IDE and it can run for a fair while with no issues before it suddenly just dies. There doesn't seem to be a specific task that triggers it. I managed to capture a shut-down report as per below

Any ideas/thoughts on what could be the main issue? I have tried to re-install the MSVCP8Od.dll but still get the same problem from time to time.

Have you installed the service pack for Visual Studio 2005? And I believe there is an important update after the SP if you are on Vista.
