Scrollable content in a flexible table

Hello all! I created a HTML layout based on table. I've a table with three cells: header, left menu and the content. Both header and left menu must stay visible all the time, then I need to put the content cell with the CSS attribute overflow: scroll. My problem is: to put this attribute, I need to put the content height, but I need to put the table with 100% height? Anyone had this problem previously?
