Is there any good reason that you aren't giving even the broad strokes for this work? There are thousands upon thousands of possible uses for AJAX, HTML, and CSS uses. THOUSANDS. The degree of complexity for these thousand of possibilties is not static across the board, and we have no idea what (if any) code is already in place in your system for this. So, to know if the offered compensation is worth the time to contact you in the first place, most freelancers of any repute will need something more to go by than this. Is there form validation involved? Is your backend already developed? What do you really need done?

Listing "years of experience required" is just silly. The bell curve exists for a reason! :)

Anyway, for a better reponse to your thread I would recommend you revise your request to at least give a few "general specifics," as they say.

I actually have FUBAR experience, too! As a matter of fact, I'm an inter-disciplinary FUBAR expert. I have several years in FUBAR/programming, FUBAR/women, FUBAR/cooking, and FUBAR/automotive, among others. I'm not, however, classically trained in FUBAR - I'm completely self-taught. :D

wow this couldn't have all been stated better. LOL. I always see that crap on freelancer.com and the post and bid is ridiculously low and they state things in the post that have nothing to do with the project. One person wanted a CMS template made and the guy was talking about his experience in logo design. LMAO!
