You didn’t mention what type of programmer you are looking for? Is it PHP, Ajax, C#, ASP.net, MySQL, Perl, Java etc. What’s the nature of the project? Its’ budget/cost, duration and is it a permanent or contractual job?
These are some necessary questions that every programmer wants to know, as there are many here and on different business portals who would be interested.
