I just talked to my web host - they can set up an email autoresponder, but not necessarily to keywords in the subject line. I'd really like to have a list of keywords so that if someone emails me with a certain subject ("dog"; "cat"; "bird""; etc) thay would get a different and specific response.
I do some Visual Basic macro programming, and I know I could set this up in Outlook to parse the subject line and generate a response. Is this something difficult to do over the web? If not, is there a pre-packaged script of some kind that will do this?
It would be great if the autoresponse action could include an attachment, perhaps a different one depending on the subject keyword. Is that getting into a pretty complicated web app?
