I need help trying to make a proxy for my website that is being hosted by internet information services. I cant find any way to make a proxy that will work for IIS, or they dont give any details on how to set it up. Thanks for your time.

I know at my job it's an immediate termination if you're caught using a proxy to bypass Websense. I imagine it's probably similar for you.. If you don't care about your job, go ahead, but what's the benefit, really?

There are lots of free proxies available online if you're just looking to get into some trouble. Why make you're own?

You're also probably asking lots of guys on these forums who are the administrators of such web filters to help you bypass them. You might not get a lot of support on this one!

Managing internet usage is a necessity in today’s workplace. Most companies try strictly following usage policies to block inappropriate sites and stop non-work related activities. I think you should try Wingate and Winroute to resolve your problem.
