Please!, i need to know how can i make a simple scroll bar to display news, but i do not want any effects in it.

I don't know what you mean by "i do not want any effects in it", but you can find some scrollers at VIEWSRC (http://www.gosume.com/viewsrc/), in the "dhtml" section...
