Hello. I am looking for several talented individuals to join me to create one of the first international outsourcing groups for Website Design, Website Coding and Programming. I want to create a cheap team to bounce projects inbetween to get them done quickly and cheaply. If I can get this, I will almost guarantee everyone will have enough work, without losing out on pay. You will be paid fairly for the share of work that you do, and if you can bring more work to the group then that'll be even better.
I want to eventually get 20-30 people working on their own specific projects, to earn themselves money, but for the workload I already have it's too much.
All candidates must be trustworthy, hard working, and motivated. If you want to do this, it can just be a side business until it takes off. I'm not asking you to drop everything to do something for me, as that would be ridiculous. We should all make some form of sacrifice, including myself, and I think it's the only way we can keep this fair.
I have 3 people here including myself, which work for me, and I will contact everyone on their behalf. I do not mind small companies or teams joining this, as the more experience the better, but we need to get this off the ground ASAP.
Please reply on here if you or a team of you wish to apply and send me your portfolios and cvs and credentials etc. via PM. If you are a new developer, on't worry, we'll try and find a space for you, it may take a little time that's all as you need to prove you can do what you say you can first before being given a real assignment.
So drop me a line on this topic and I'll be on pretty much constantly for the next three days.
