How to fix 301 and 302 errorS?

Hello Experts,

Ok in my WebLog, i see so many 301 and 302 errors, and its a negative thing also in eyes of search engines too.

How to fix this thing?

Those aren't errors. You're redirecting the client.

How to minimize them.. ?
Can we somehow know that to which page people are visiting and its than redirecting them.

Check your httpd logs. All redirects will be logged in there. Just grep the file for 301|302 status codes.
