mySQL and checkbox

Hey!
I do database stuff for and build on a CMS system. So I thought that users could choose between images by using the checkbox. And then the URL to the image/images appear in the database and could only be extracted from the database as usual info in a database ... I know this is possible but I do not know how to do it. Can Anybody help me?

I understand that,, The problem is to insert the true false valu and to get it to show up only a image tag that have a valu of true.

I would just use the primary key of the table to identify which image has been selected.
