Flash and Javascript

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum and I was wondering if you could help me.

Presently i am developing a Flash website for a Boston band name Bajuco. And i wanted to know how i would get the links to outside sites to appear in a new window rather than in the same one that the site is in without using frames (if possible).

I know how to do it in 'traditional' webpages but not within Flash.
