PHP COM - MS Word Documents

Hi,

I have PHP script that opens a file form.doc, and post the data from the database to the bookmarks located in the form.doc.

it was working perfectly, but now suddenly it stopped working, when I try to generate I hear a tone kinda sound, something like a ding sound that windows use for alerts, I hear this sound and nothing would happen :( and then I have to restart apache :-S

Is it possible to see these kinda errors in event viewer?

Any ideas? please help

I don't think this will trigger an actual event log, but I would expect to see something in the apache error log. I assume you've checked those as well?
