PLEASE don't mad at me if someone has asked this before coz i have been searching the forum before this post and i cannot find any possible solution..! :(

how do you disable the fucntion in IE where when you click View -> Source...nothing will happen...i have seen a site using this before so PLEASE don't tell me it is impossible..! i know there is many way to "disarm" this function like looking at cache etc...but has anyone got the source code for it?? i only need to protect it against some of my visitors...! PLEASE..!

The answer is that you can not disable View Source. There are several attempts to stop people from viewing the source, but all have pretty much failed. Besides, what is so important about your source that you don't want someone to see it? I find that most people that are trying to hide source don't have anything special that has not been done before. If you are trying to keep poeple from viewing it for passwords an such then you should be using a Server Side application for that. Good Luck.
