Need Embedded Photo Gallery

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice as I'm having a nightmare searching for answers on the net.

I'm creating a photoblog and want an embedded slideshow/photo gallery like this example: http://www.itsnicethat.com/articles/2560-nike-fluff-sb

Just a simple, embedded gallery that allows the user complete freedom to navigate back and forth through the set with simple < and > buttons.

I don't want ones with silly effect like flipping and rotating, etc, nor do I want one that automatically scrolls through the images itself. I just want one that loads the first image and does nothing until the user clicks the > button - exactly like the example.

Can anyone give me any pointers as to where I might start looking for this kind of application?

Thank you, tracknut/Dave, that's just the kind of thing I'm looking for. I'll download the free version see if I can get it operating (never done this kind of thing before)
