Hey guys, I was wondering, that almost 90% of Video on the web is in flash. How will that video be converted into HTML 5. Also, are there any good HTML Video editing tools.

Just because video is played in Flash doesn't mean HTML5 can't play it. Depending on your browser, you should be able to play even an .flv. Kind of a tricky question, as HTML5 implementation has yet to be finalized.

There are many good tools for editing, depends on how much you're willing to spend. If you can, get Adobe Premiere Pro, or Apple Final Cut Pro. Otherwise there are cheap and even some free options, I just don't use them so can't recommend them.
