how to have counters???

i have this code... where i have to pass the values to the nxt page and to the database........
but i need to have unquie names for the fields in the form so taht it pass the values in each row indiviually rather than together

pls help me with this.. i really need r advice

Hey :) I think it might help if we see the code you've got - I'm not sure what you're trying to do, especially regarding "pass the values in each row indiviually rather than together". Is it writing to a database you're having trouble with, or passing groups of values, or something else?

the main highlights would the javascripts.. cant pass the values... after i added in the counter..... thanks.. i really hope u could help
