anchor appears repeatedly in title

Has anyone seen the bug(?) that is to do with having the name of a hyperlink anchor appear repeatedly in the title of the html?

For example, when you visit this page I designed, in the title at the top of the browser (i'm using IE6) - the words appear "#construction#construction#construction..." etc.

There is the same problem with other anchor links to this page when you click "maintenance" or "procurement" in the following page:

www.ausclad.com.au/temp/capabilities.htm

Any ideas?

:p Hehehe! Does the same in IE5. Can't figure out what's causing it though.
