Hey guys and gals,
I was wondering if someone could please point me in the right direction? I am looking to add flash to a website so that when a user clicks on an image, it opens in a new flash window like on this site here:

This seems to be a pretty common addition lately, and I am clueless when it comes to flash - but if anyone knows where I can find soething like this I should be able to stumble through it and get it working.
The background will need to be black, not white. I looked with Google and came up with a bunch of galleries, but nothing like this. Any ideas?
