Flash header and detection script help please

Okay im very new to this and its giving me issues.

Basically im wanting to put a flash header into the top of a page, but want a detection script to put the image there if the user does not have flash.

The image behind does need to have hyperlinks on it as the flash links people to pages on the site. I dont know if that makes and creates any issues?

Hey there! If you cant do this why dont you try to hire a webprogrammer with this purpose? I think your order will be done in few days and it will not cost you too much as you wanna just a changes in your header...If you want, I can help you with this.
