Help me learn how

Hi guys,
I have been trying to learn how Esurance has developed this. They came out with a new software that allows customers to receive updates by signing onto there site and seeing pictures that have been updated. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure what kind of software this is and how it was built.

I don't understand what you're asking. Apparently, they just have their techs take pictures during the repair process and those are associated with a user account. Aside from just being a body shop, it doesn't seem to really be any different than any other sufficiently modern content management system on the web.

I just thought there was more to it, I mean is there software I can purchase that will allow me to add this onto a websit of my own?

Doubtful. It's probably just a custom job built specifically for that business. It could perhaps be a tweak on some existing CMS. Almost certainly, it's not a buy-and-install package.
