PHP, MySQL Coder needed

As title suggests, needed for a project of mine. Requirements would be:

Register and Login.
Profile fields for Members.
Paid subscription option and to auto implement the extra profile fields once payment has been made.
Ability to place bids.
Top 5 of two categories to be placed on the homepage.

This could be a serious business opportunity for the right person so a portfolio of previous work will be required.

I realise it's not very descriptive but I will require you to sign and return a non-disclosure form before I discuss further. A negotiable percentage of all profits for the length of the site is available.
