Help with Online Mafia Game Code (Paypal IPN)

i am looking for an online coder who understands a lot about php coding and will be able to assist me with my coding for paypal ipn. we have most of the correct coding, and the payment goes through, it appears on the website control panel but it doesn't credit the user who purchased the package of their choose. we are willing to pay for assistance, and for further information please post here or add me on msn at chard07@hotmail.co.uk

There are website specifically for this if you google it. Not to take away from anyone here but other sites offer ratings and some protection to both the Coder and person asking for services
