flash and AOL

Can someone answer a question for me?

I created an intro page using Flash 5 and it plays perfect except for people who use AOL.

Can anybody tell me why this is? Is it a setting that the people using AOL have to change or has it something to do with Flash?

An answer would be appreciated.

AOL uses Internet Explorer for the browser itself, if it works in Internet Explorer, then there is no reason for it not to work in AOL.


AOL has a technical help room, if you type in "Live Help" on the address bar, I am pretty certain that one of the tech chat's will be able to answer the problem - as it must be down to AOL, if it works in Internet Explorer.
