I) A few bugs need to be ironed out of a sequential autoresponder script and two features added:
1) When a subscriber submits a subscription form an error "template not found" appears and the confirmation emails are therefore not sent. - A minor bug.
2) file that is run by cron that sends follow up messages has stopped sending messages out for some reason. This is most probably related to the missing template bug above.
3) When admin deletes any other user, the user's data (respoders, campaigns...) don't get deleted out of the db - and they should.
4) Email templates should be able to be modified for each responder separately not just for each user in general.
5) A functionality needs to be added, so that selected email messages can be re-sent X amount of times (from 1 time to infinity) on certain pre-defined days and times. Re-sending can also be stopped mid way by the user. The code will need to work and be inserted into a single user and a multiple user responder script of the same author and code.
IMPORTANT !!
No downloading of the files in this entire script will be allowed and only files that need editing will have to be edited on the server through ftp and your preferred editor (the ftp makes a local copy on your computer of the edited file - that is fine.).
Please reference the keyword "VITA" in your PM, otherwise it will be ignored. Testing of the progressing work from the coder is part of this project as is fixing logical errors in the code until the requirements work 100% as wanted by the buyer before the deadline. Deadline is 6 days.
