This question again :rolleyes: it must be php based as that cgi/perl stuff is doing my nut

Obviously it has to be free, we had problems with XMB when Babelfish used it on the Gfx forum, I've been a little out of the loop since. So what's the best free php discussion board?

I've always liked phpBB, but I believe vBulletin is highly worth the money.

Please try looking at the page(s) found at the destination of this link purely located and reached by clicking this link with the mouse,or otherwise activating it, thereby presenting the user with a new browser window that will go to the destination of the URL or LINK defined by the HREF tag of the A link tag. Also, you might want to try:

(http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Discussion_Boards/)Invision Boards (Free)
(http://www.ibforums.com/)phpBB Boards (Free, good for a nice, quite simple board)
Also, look out for Mongoose, the PHP port of ikonboard (iB PHP)
vBulletin IS worth the money. UBB is another paid script. (http://www.phpbb.com/)

They're all the rage, all about the same, and, unless you have more than 50 members, all unnecessary. :p

They rank them here (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=11).
