hi am after a secure register / login and a blank canvass members page with all the relavant coding in so that i can build from it . 4 or 5 files at the most . one being register 2/ login 3/ a secure database config 4/ blank members page where i can add my own coding etc and build other pages myself using the blank one. 5/members profile page the members profiles must display username/date of birth / where they are from and ip addresses and browser and network details.this login system must use php and mysql and have sessions also that can not be stolen in any way . .this will be for a mobile wap also web accessible so needs to be in xhtml .

Really though if you are wanting this done from scratch 25 pounds isn't going to get you much. You get what you pay for.
