Subscription website for videos

Hey Guys,

I am looking to make a Membership site to playback Video Tutorials will have memberships based on a monthly rate and automatically be linked to paypal. Wouldnt mind having a blog/news homepage but I could just update that with HTML code the comments and search features of a blog are not necessary. Any Idea on what the best approach method would be??
