Membershp subscription site for video turorials

Hey Guys,

I am looking to have a Membership site to playback Video Tutorials will have memberships based on a monthly rate and automatically be linked to paypal. Pages will consisit of a home page that will be a blog/newsfeed, teachers, videos section (would be nice to have a sample video section for when non members, and a contact us link
