Looking for a good web hosting service? I've been with PerfectedHosting.com for some time now and there great, I havn't had any down time and yet its 24/7 support with nice cheap affordable prices.

Try running in in PHP. PHP is the only programming language I know how to code it and work around.

For hosting I would use someone like Microtronix: http://www.microtronix-tech.com
Been around for about 10 years now.

For code most people will tell you what they like to use but to be perfectly honest ASP and PHP are mostly the same, just run on different platforms. If you are currently using ASP I would suggest just staying if you haven't had too many problems. It also all depends on your hoster as well. Some hosting companies do not support ASP sites since they only have Linux servers and don't want Microcrap ha ha.

I would never use dotnet for a web page or application. It has way tooooo many bugs in it. I know a school in my area who had an application designed for grading in .NET and nothing but bugs for 6 plus years now!! Do not do it in .NET, my humble suggestion from over 10+ years of programming, not only web pages but I also have experience in C++, Delphi(Pascal), the mistake of FoxPro, Cobol, and a few others. Again it would be a waste of your time to use .NET, it's too buggy.

JSP would only be good if your building a web application, something like Google Documents is a web app. But for just a simple classified site, ASP or PHP would be perfect. I personally would go with PHP since I don't like windows servers, they are junk just like windows, but like I said earlier mostly the same, just different languages.
