changing vpn/routing & remote access settings through dos

Is there a way to change my vpn settings on my server through dos? I need to be able to change the range of IPs assigned to the clients.

I also need to be able to set up a static route from the DOS command prompt.

If you are asking if there is a dos based ip client then the answer is yes...

He has a brilliant modular bootdisk that I used as the basis for my design...

Now as for managing your server from that boot, then you would have to locate the dos based interfaces, if any, for the software you are using...

Don't worry bout it, it was just that I was at work and I needed to change something before going home and the only way I could run anything remotely was to connect to my web server and run a command using exec() in PHP. But now I'm back home, so I don't need it anymore. Although it would be interesting to know if it's possible to change 2k vpn settings in dos.
