EXCEL - How to locate a histogram chart ?

I have a number of columns of figures on an EXCEL worksheet. I need to create a histogram of the figures, which I know how to do, but I DON'T know

(a) How to control where the chart is drawn on the worksheet, and
(b) How to give it a legend such as "data from col=11"

I'd be grateful for a nod in the right direction.
