I am in the process of having a simply banner and background made, but any suggestions on ads, ad placement, diction, etc?

thank you. Anything you would add to it or change? I tried changing the background, but everytime I change the image to a new background it only goes half way down. I don't know how to edit the CSS coding to extend it all the way

If you bought the script from the copyright owners of that other site then I doubt they would be concerned if you actually use what you bought.:p

I don't believe the copyright owners of fmylife.com are those of fmyscript.com. I don't think anybody holds copyright over function like this, though, because it's a lot like a Twitter feed, for instance. However, fmyscript would be in serious water should they become aware of its existence.

Chances are the people in trouble would be fmyscript.com, not you, as you can just say you bought it through legitimate channels.

Having said that if FMyScript gets sued you may have a cease and desist for copying there design exactly.

If I were you, to be on the safe side as well as setting your site apart from the rest, I'd change the style up to suit the feel of your site more.
